First Halloween event (testing)

Beta server has just launched its first Halloween event (for testing purposes)

• Pumpkin Cookies (contain 200–300% more pearls, gold, xp, hp + cannonballs, and harpoons)

• Pumpkin NPC Monsters (guaranteed 100% pearl rewards)

• Huge Flying Dutchman NPC (the player with the highest damage dealt and the player who lands the final shot will win the NPC's design)
